Five years of working along side Huf Haus on projects encompassing slab, semi and full basement construction, has given us extensive experience of the many different Huf Haus designs and specifications. This enables us to continually meet the uncompromising demands of Huf Haus standards in excellence.

The company takes an attentive and proactive approach to the management of Groundworks with the primary objective being on time and on budget completion, with no surprises on the way.

The Project Management service includes overseeing of, Demolition, Groundworks and Utilities implementation, all to the highest level of client satisfaction.

Project Management: Groundworks

DGSP will:
• Advise on logistics.
• Keep control of cost, design and implementation.
• Oversee quality and progress.
• Report, consult and facilitate at a strategic level.
• Prepare outline designs and specifications.
• Tender/obtain direct trade quotes.
• Manage/oversee direct works packages.
• Set out specifications for demolition and Groundworks.
• Liaise with all Utility Companies.
• Ensure all disconnection and re-connection of utilities meet Huf Haus schedules.
